Refund Policy

          -Earrings and Hair pins are final sale: For Hygienic purposes, our earrings and hair pins are a final sale. We do our very best to ensure a quality product, however, since these items are handmade with polymer clay, minor imperfections are guaranteed to happen. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for such imperfections. If pieces are to arrive broken, or break after two weeks, please go ahead and contact us, and we will do what we can to resolve the issue. 

         -All other items: For all other items, there is a 14 day return policy, however the customer is responsible for any and all reshipment fees.

         -We are unable to cancel any orders that have been processed and/or shipped. 

• What if my package arrives late or is lost?

          -once a package has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for them. Should such instances happen, please contact your local post office for further instructions. 

• How long does it take for you to ship my item to me?

          - I do ask for your grace as I am a one women show, I do try to get your packaged shipped out fairly quickly, however it can take up to two weeks before I am able to get your order out to you.

• How do i properly care for my pieces?

          - Polymer clay is a very flexible and durable material, however to prevent any damage, we recommend that you don't bend or pull them. We also recommend that you take them off before showering, swimming or sleeping as that can tarnish the metal. Do not leave them in excessive heat or sun. You can clean the clay with soap and water or just a wet wipe.
